Freya Skye Stars Align Tour Ticket Giveaway Official Rules

The Score Beyond the Lights Foundation is excited to give away two (2) General Admission tickets that were generously donated to our Foundation for the Freya Skye Stars Align Tour on Saturday, October 10, 2026, at The Wellmont Theater in Montclair, New Jersey.

This is a sold-out event, and our goal is to give these tickets to a fan who was not able to get tickets to the show.

1. No Purchase Necessary

NO PURCHASE OR DONATION IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR DONATION WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

Participation in this giveaway is free.

2. Giveaway Period

The giveaway begins when the official giveaway announcement is posted by The Score Beyond the Lights Foundation and ends at:

8:00 PM Eastern Time on Thursday, October 8, 2026.

Entries received after the deadline will not be eligible.

3. How to Enter

Participants may receive entries through the following methods:

Social Media Entry: Follow The Score Beyond the Lights Foundation and share the official giveaway post on a participating social media platform. Each participating platform on which the entrant completes both requirements will count as one (1) entry.

For example, completing the requirements on Facebook and Instagram would result in two entries.

Website Bonus Entry: Participants may receive one (1) additional entry by completing and submitting the official giveaway entry form on The Score Beyond the Lights Foundation website.

Participants must provide accurate information so that the Foundation can contact them if selected.

4. Eligibility

The giveaway is open to individuals who are legally eligible to participate under applicable law.

Entrants under 18 years of age should have permission from a parent or legal guardian to participate. A parent or legal guardian may be required to accept the prize on behalf of a minor.

The winner and guest are responsible for meeting any age, identification, admission, or other requirements established by The Wellmont Theater or the event organizer.

One (1) winner will receive:

The tickets were donated to The Score Beyond the Lights Foundation for this giveaway.

The prize has no cash value through the Foundation and may not be exchanged with the Foundation for cash or another prize.

Transportation, parking, meals, lodging, and any other costs associated with attending the event are not included and are the responsibility of the winner and their guest unless otherwise specifically stated.

6. Winner Selection

After the giveaway closes, a winner will be selected from the eligible entries received during the giveaway period.

The Score Beyond the Lights Foundation may verify that the selected entrant completed the applicable entry requirements before awarding the tickets.

7. Winner Notification and Four-Hour Response Period

The selected winner will be notified by email using the email address provided with their entry.

The selected winner will have four (4) hours from the time the notification email is sent to respond and accept the prize.

Entrants are responsible for monitoring the email address they provided, including their spam, junk, and promotional folders.

If the selected winner:

Does not respond within four (4) hours of the notification email being sent;
Declines the prize;
Cannot attend the October 10, 2026 event;
Cannot be contacted using the information provided; or
Is determined to be ineligible or not to have satisfied the entry requirements,

The Score Beyond the Lights Foundation reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

The Foundation is not responsible for an entrant's failure to receive or review the notification email.

8. Purpose of the Giveaway

The Score Beyond the Lights Foundation's mission centers on inclusion, community engagement, opportunity, and empowering individuals to pursue bigger dreams.

Because these tickets were donated and the event is sold out, our goal is to provide this opportunity to a fan who was not otherwise able to obtain tickets to the show.

We ask everyone who enters to participate in the spirit of that goal.

9. Event Changes or Cancellation

The Score Beyond the Lights Foundation does not control the concert or venue.

Event dates, times, performers, admission procedures, and other details are subject to change by the artist, venue, promoter, ticketing provider, or other responsible parties.

If the event is postponed, canceled, modified, or otherwise affected by circumstances outside the Foundation's control, the Foundation is not responsible for providing a replacement prize, reimbursement, travel expenses, or other compensation.

10. Technical Issues

The Score Beyond the Lights Foundation is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, inaccessible, or unsuccessful entries resulting from technical problems, social media privacy settings, internet connectivity, platform outages, email filtering, or other circumstances outside the Foundation's reasonable control.

11. Social Media and Third-Party Disclaimer

This giveaway is sponsored and administered by The Score Beyond the Lights Foundation.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, this giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Freya Skye, The Wellmont Theater, the tour promoter, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, or any other social media platform or third party.

By participating, entrants acknowledge that they are providing their information to The Score Beyond the Lights Foundation and not to the social media platforms on which the giveaway may be promoted.

12. Privacy

Information submitted through the giveaway entry form will be used to administer the giveaway, verify entries, communicate with entrants when necessary, and contact the selected winner.

The Foundation will handle submitted information in accordance with its applicable privacy practices.

13. Acceptance of Official Rules

By entering the giveaway, participants acknowledge that they have read and agree to these Official Rules.

The Score Beyond the Lights Foundation reserves the right to disqualify entries that do not comply with these rules or that involve fraud, misrepresentation, manipulation, or attempts to interfere with the fair administration of the giveaway.
