About The Score Beyond the Lights Foundation

The Score Beyond the Lights Foundation is a nonprofit organization dedicated to raising awareness for Autism and other disabilities through storytelling, education, and charitable giving. Our mission is to highlight inspiring stories and create opportunities that promote inclusion, confidence, and community support for individuals with special needs.

The foundation grew from The Score Beyond the Lights, a youth-led interview platform created by Jenny Kurzweil, a three-time Special Olympics gold medalist who is passionate about sharing real stories from people who use their voices and experiences to make a difference. Through interviews with athletes, entertainers, and community leaders, we help others see the person beyond the spotlight and celebrate what makes each individual unique.

We support organizations such as the Special Olympics and other nonprofits that provide inclusive athletic, educational, and developmental opportunities for children and young people with disabilities. Our fundraising initiatives include charitable auctions of donated memorabilia, merchandise programs, and community engagement activities that allow supporters to make a meaningful impact.

We are currently in the process of launching The Score Beyond the Lights Foundation as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, allowing us to expand our programs and increase the support we provide to the disability community.

Our goal is simple: create a platform that inspires understanding, encourages inclusion, and helps provide opportunities for individuals with Autism and other disabilities to shine both on and off the field.

Together, we can go beyond the spotlight and make a difference.
